This cartridge also reduces maintenance and service costs with its self-contained scale inhibitor feed—which means your ice machine can function at its full capacity without worrying about clogging or scaling. Because this cartridge features precoat submicron technology that filters out particles as small as 0.5 microns in size—including asbestos fibers and cryptosporidium/giardia cysts—you're getting safe and clean water every time you use it!
