Please note that this is NOT a universal housing.Different brands, the threads of the lid and the sump part are different. it don't fit with other brands lid,If you prefer to reuse the black top lid from your existing system (and only replace the old sump), you must to use your original housing brand's instead

Note:Do not overuse Teflon tape during setup. Excess tape can puncture threads and cause water leakage issues
